These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website funnygiftz.com (the "Site") and your purchase and use of the novelty and gift products we sell and related content (collectively, the "Products"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

– Products must not be used to harass, intimidate, threaten or endanger any person. You are solely responsible for how you use or give any Product.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase from the Site. The Products are intended for adult use only.
4. ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENT
– All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
– We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total order amount.
– We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order — including in cases of suspected fraud, reseller activity, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.
– Obvious pricing or typographical errors are not binding; if we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you with the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
– Promotional codes and offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and they are not guarantees of arrival in time for any particular holiday, event or occasion. Where we publish a holiday cut-off date, orders placed after that date are not covered by any arrival commitment. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier; however, if a package is lost in transit, contact us at contact@funnygiftz.com and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
6. RETURNS & 30-DAY GUARANTEE
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy [link], which is incorporated into these Terms. In summary: orders are covered by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date of delivery, valid only for purchases made through funnygiftz.com. Change-of-mind returns require items to be unused and in original packaging. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled separately and at our cost.
7. WARRANTY
Products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for [30] days from the delivery date. You agree to use the Products only as described in any included instructions and on the Site, and for personal, non-commercial use. Do not disassemble, modify, or attempt to repair any Product, and do not use chargers or accessories other than those provided or approved by us.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product design, images, videos, and software — is owned by or licensed to FunnyGiftz and protected by intellectual property laws.
