How long does delivery take?

Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by the cut-off date shown on our homepage and yes. After that date we won't promise it — we'd rather tell you straight than take the order and hope. If timing is tight, email us before you buy and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll make it.
Where do you ship from?

How do I return an order?

Items should be unused and in their original packaging to qualify. If it arrived damaged or wrong, send a photo instead — we'll sort it without asking you to ship anything back.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If the order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us immediately with your order number. Once it's with the carrier we can't redirect it.

Will it actually get a laugh?
That's the only thing we select for. Every product has to pass one test before we list it: would somebody film the moment it's opened? If it only works up close, or only works for one very specific person, it doesn't make the cut. Our catalogue is small on purpose.
Is this stuff safe to give in front of family?
Depends on the product, and we tell you which is which. Each listing says plainly how far the joke goes, so you can decide whether it's an office-party gift or a group-chat-only gift.
